Teens in Action Dream Obtainers is a not-for-profit social service agency organized in 1998 to advance the education and awareness of at-risk children and teens. Based in Chicago, IL and Chicago, IN, we offer comprehensive, innovative outpatient services for adults and children. Our social service agency provides participants the tools they need to achieve long-term recovery and success.
